A Longtime Dream

Turner Machine was a longtime dream for Jeff Turner. When Jeff took a leap of faith and parted ways with the shop that he had been working at for 12 years, he put his full focus on putting into action his business plan. This plan laid the ground work for the successful company that Turner Machine Company has become today.

Turner Culture

Turner had been enjoying several years of growth when Jeff noticed that something was missing, something that would make TMC that “extra” special place to work.

Jeff quickly surrounded himself with a business coach and team members that embodied the type of culture that he had envisioned.

Becoming “Turner”

Jeff never dreamed that the company he built would become what it is today. The name “Turner” has grown into its own and now is synonymous with rapid growth, hard work, excellent client service and a company culture that is fun and unique to the industry.
