What will make you great at one of our Sales Department positions?
Turner Machine is a company full of Rockstars, so if that’s not you, walk away now. To be successful you must be an expert in managing your own work week, which will include: In-person visits with Decision Makers, telephone prospecting to set those visits and diligence with documentation in salesforce.com. Your sales will come from targeting/prospecting OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 automotive suppliers and non-automotive manufacturers. The perfect candidate should have a hunter’s mentality and a farmer’s aptitude to be successful.
